Existing situation

Croatia Osiguranje had a website that was not reflecting the quality of their business and was stuck in the past century, both design and technology-wise. The internal structure of the company also made it challenging to make any progress as numerous different departments all wanted their spot under the sun.

What we did

Sorting out all the information was key priority. The main problem all big corporate structures have is the fact that they know all of their business by heart. That is why they structure the data on their sites in a very self centric way – thinking that their users know all the information as they do. In reality users have no clue about immense structure of insurance policies. We have created a smart search for policies that simply asks “What do you want to insure?” giving people the right policy. On top of that we have layered beautiful minimalistic design, easy access to all the information, powerful address book with all the branch offices and much more.

The result

After the first month of the release we have received reports from the Croatia Osiguranje about increase of sales and communication via online. The exact number could not be disclosed.

Croatia Osiguranje won “Web Strategija” award for the best regional corporate website in 2009.
